Day 1
Woke up at 6:30 to get ready by 7:15. At 7:30 we were on our way. I rode with Hollister, Damian, Priscilla, Jazzmin and Frita. I was in a car full of strangers who I had to spend a week in the wild with. I knew no one. We then go to Yosemite, and went on a small hike. I started to talk to Damian a little bit. Then on to Curry Village. Arriving there to open arms from the people at NatureBridge (Deeps, Katie, Ayla, and Derek) was warming. Soon we got placed into our own cabins. I was bunked with Iven and Manny. I did not feel out of place. Dinner time was not as bad as I thought it would be. Afterward was a program about the history of Yosemite. Lastly we showered then went to bed before 10.

Day 2
We woke up, had breakfast, then we got to pack our bags for the big expedition. It was long. Thank God that NatureBridge had extra supplies for us (side not, on day 1 we got theese cool bracelets.) The bags in total weighed 30-40 pounds at the end. After that Katie took us on a night hike, then told us a story.

The overall experience of this expedition was unbelievable. It taught me the importance of preparing. Without it we would have taken a long time. We also had to be very careful with EVERYTHING. The rain, it had us move everything into the vestibule. Or else it became soaking wet. The overall hikes were amazing, the sights, obstacles and going downhill was amazing.
