Wilderness is important to me because it is meaningful. Where would the world be if we hadn’t started off with wilderness? Its where everything began. It’s a piece of history, culture, and our world. Without wilderness a huge chunk of the nation’s beginning would be gone. Without trees there’d be no oxygen to breath. Without rocks there’d be no minerals. Without animals or vegetation we’d starve. Without bugs like bees for instance that pollinate, there’d be no fruit. This is why Wilderness is meaningful to me. It is a part of everyone. It is a part of life. I have learned to use my resources to the fullest and to waste nothing because everything comes from somewhere.
