WildLink alumni from Coleville and Lee Vining High schools shared their love of wilderness on a beautiful fall day!

After a WildLink expedition to remember, students from Coleville and Lee Vining High Schools gathered members of their family and friends and guided them out for a beautiful day hike in their local wilderness. A short hike of about a mile, mile and a half led us through the whitebark pine forest around the Virginia Lakes.

Surrounded by the mountains, the autumn breeze, and loved ones, it was easy to dive in and enjoy the beautiful time in nature. By guiding their friends and family, the WildLink alumni showed great leadership and shared their passion for and connection to the wilderness. Laughter up and down the trail, cold water on our hands, a couple of adventure pups, and breathtaking views set quite the stage for a day of exploration and connection with friends and family.
